1. Delivery coverage
We deliver across India to every serviceable PIN code through reputable courier partners.
2. Delivery charges
Delivery is currently offered free of cost on every order placed on www.shabnamtea.in. If this changes in future the applicable charge will be shown transparently at checkout before you confirm the order.
3. Dispatch time
Orders are typically dispatched from our facility in Rampura Phul, Punjab within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
4. Estimated delivery time
Once dispatched, most metros receive their order within 3–5 business days and non-metro / remote locations within 5–8 business days. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier network or force-majeure conditions.
5. Order tracking
Where the courier partner provides tracking, we share the tracking reference with you by SMS / email at the mobile number and email address you enter at checkout.
6. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across India for eligible PIN codes. You can pay the courier in cash at the time of delivery. We may verify large COD orders by phone before dispatch.
7. Undeliverable orders
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable — for example due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient or refused delivery — please contact our customer care so we can arrange re-shipment or a refund of any prepaid amount.
